Leading lessor seeks a UK Country Sales Manager to be responsible the ongoing and further development of its engagement in the ICT finance sector. You will lead a sales team that engages with ICT , VARS , software authors , systems integrators and ICT manufacturers writing both retail business ( this means on our clients own lease paper ) and also wholesale business ( financing using the partners paperwork ).

Your role will be to take our clients business to the next stage of its development delivering €120m of originations this fiscal and you will personally take a strong lead in business development activities both in retail and wholesale.

Part of your role you be expected to work closely with another senior manager to ensure the delivery of SLA’s to certain existing partners so effective influencing skills are a key requirement for this role.

Candidate Profile

Whilst this position is a national role you will be located in the South East and will have easy daily access both to the Northern Home Counties and the Thames Valley.

You will have a strong record of sales leadership and demonstrable achievement in the ICT finance sector with a developed knowledge of both retail and wholesale funding being preferred.

You will also have a depth of all round middle ticket skills , strong credit knowledge , deal structuring & pricing skills , general documentation awareness ( eg : assignment of receivables etc )  

However you will not be a technocrat as our client requires you to not only lead the UK’s existing business but also lead its new business development ,  requiring true business hunter skills.

Salary range to £75,000 with a 35% of base salary bonus ( bonuses are paid quarterly in arrears ) UNCAPPED earning potential exists for high achievers and all normal large company benefits are provided including a highly competitive pension scheme and an upper quartile monthly car allowance or a company car.
