Job Title:  Regional Finance Manager

Job Description:  

Offer Stryker Finance programs to customers and facilitating the sale of capital goods by:
-Educating and coaching product sales representatives on the use of financial products
-Serving as the financing subject matter expert in complex transactions
-Closing the financing portions of designated transactions
-Partnering with product sales management to improve finance product penetration
-Developing market intelligence on product and transactional opportunities

To hit origination targets while improving MedSurg profitability by:
-Reducing finance discounts while increasing originations volumes
-Leveraging buyout and refresh opportunities
-Implementing finance sales best practices within the assigned regions       

Position Type:  Full-Time regular

Org. Group:  Stryker Finance

Basic Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in a business or a related field

Qualifications/Work Experience:

-Current knowledge of financial products, accouting regulations, pricing practices, operational requirements and transaction structures applicable to capital equipment financing.
-Minimum five to ten years of successful experience in leasing sales with an industry leader. Experience in medical captive is preferred
-Experience as a credit analyst with commercial single signature authority in excess of $100K.
-Completion of a bank credit training program is preferred

Education and/or Special Training:  Bachelors Degree in business discipline.  MBA preferred.

Percent Travel Required:  40%
