Regional Financing Manager - Benelux - IT Finance

Our client a global captive IT financier seeks potentially up to two additional Regional Financing Managers to further develop its business with its parent company across the Benelux .
Your role will be to work closely with its direct sales force and their business partners to help transactions be closed more quickly, and more profitably through proactive use of finance strategically growing finance volumes and finance penetration levels as a consequence.
You will be expected to form effective strategic partnerships with both sales people, sales managers and directors but also with enterprise level customers across all sectors at CEO, CFO, CIO & , Treasury level to achieve the above objectives and will have effective sales skills coupled with well developed deal structuring , pricing and documentation skills.
Candidate Profile
Whilst a background within the IT vendor finance sector is a clear advantage our client is also receptive to hiring those from the asset finance sector who have sufficiently transferable skills to enable them to sell through a vendor partners.
With Dutch, English and ideally also Flemish language skills you will have a strong record of demonstrable , consistent over achievement and the gravitas and presence to command the respect and support of your vendor partners sales force such that they can see the value you can add to their sales process.
You will have a strong new business mentality and have should be able to thrive within a large and complex business environment.
Salary range typically to €70,000 ( possibly more for an exceptional candidate ) , at €70,000 on target earnings will be €100,000 . Uncapped earnings are provided for high achievers and all usual large company benefits are provided including a car allowance.

Senior Credit Analyst - Amsterdam
Our client a global vendor leasing company requires an additional Senior Credit Analyst to be part of its Amsterdam based team with responsibilities across the whole of the Benelux area where a total of c20 staff are based at this site , sites in Belgium and at vendor partners offices. You will be part of a wider pan European credit team and will report locally to the Credit Manager of Benelux .
Our client has a number of large scale long established global vendor programmes and you role will be to support these but also to engage with introducers ( brokers ) and syndications ( the selling down of debt to third parties )
Your position is to work closely with the Benelux sales force to drive finance volumes and penetration level with our clients partners, it is anticipated that, depending upon experience, you will have a personal lending authority of USD$500,000
Candidate Profile
You will be an experienced credit professional who has extensive experience in the sector in a credit capacity, you should be reliable, be able to work in a tight team and able to deputise for the Credit Manager where appropriate.
You will have experience of establishing and managing large scale credit lines for national and international covenants and will have strong credit analysis skills , and , ideally experience of different routes to market ( vendor & broker ) and of syndications ( ideally selling and potentially also the buying of paper )
Salary range is flexible to secure the right person ideally to €60,000 but, potentially to €70,000 to secure the strongest candidate , a car allowance of up to €900 a month will be provided * dependent on grade of hire and a performance bonus of up to c10% of salary is also provided together with all usual large company benefits , life insurance , health insurance , pension etc.
Finally , whilst our clients offices are Amsterdam based , they are not unreceptive to part home working for this role , full remote access to systems is available to accommodate this.

Senior Credit Analyst
Cisco Systems Capital (CSC) is the finance subsidiary of Cisco Systems, Inc. The CSC team provides innovative financing solutions to customers to support the sale of Cisco products and services.
The Emerging Markets are seen as critical growth engines for Cisco in the coming years. Emerging Markets comprises Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Middle East and Africa (MEA), Russia and the CIS and LATAM. This position will be expected to support the entire EM area as appropriate during this growth phase.
Reporting to Senior Credit Manager EM the open position is an exciting opportunity to contribute in the early stage development of these markets.
As a Senior Credit Analyst the position will provide key input into the initial, and ongoing, stages of our financing cycles for channel (typically net 90) and long terms financing (terms ranging from 180 days to 5 years as standard) and will involve screening of applications, completing credit underwriting, assessing and managing continual credit exposure and involvement in the delinquency process as appropriate. Other areas of importance include ensuring compliance matters are in order and assessing the risk associated with partner Programs.
The key duties and responsibilities include:
• Work closely with CSC sales team to understand and structure transactions
• Pre-screen credit applications
• Collect/ analyse all relevant information (including customer analysis, sovereign analysis, financial analysis, Competitors and the Industry sector)
• Complete credit underwriting, highlighting the risks and mitigants and the reasons for the decision
• Create awareness in sales /support functions around non-standard transactions
• Monitor compliance with covenants and review and maintain reporting requirements for credit portfolio for EM
• Develop, manage and enhance tools to support the EM credit team such as Sovereign risk list, Growth capital reporting, portfolio analysis
• Manage approval process for transactions/ exposures within an assigned limit for all regions
• Support the overall Credit Team in Emerging Markets East as appropriate
• Develop relationships with finance partners
• Ad hoc projects
Requirements
• BS/BA or other relevant degree in a business/ accounting discipline
• +3 Years experience in an international credit risk role
• Emerging Markets experience would be advantageous
• Strong Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines – including prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Good IT skills (MS software products, etc.)
• Familiarity with credit decision tools would be a benefit

Leading global technology financier an additional Credit Analyst to be part of its Emerging Markets credit function.
Your role will involve working closely with finance sales people to put into place credit lines for long term financing for customers and also, as appropriate short terms stocking / inventory financing for business partners.
