Overall:
The Leasing Account Manager will increase Cisco sales and leasing volumes in the United Kingdom within the Service Provider (SP) segment by effectively selling providing a broad range of creative financial solutions. S/he communicates and integrates with the UK Cisco SP sales force and solicits their support in identifying financial opportunities for Cisco Capital. Moreover the job holder educates Cisco sales colleagues such that they appreciate creative financing solutions can increase, create or pull forward sales opportunities. Relationships:

  • Reports to the Cisco Capital Regional Sales Manager UK.
  • Builds deep relationships at all levels of the UK Cisco SP sales force

    The Leasing Account Manager is responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Cisco Capital’s leasing efforts in the Commercial, Enterprise and Telco/Service Provider Leasing markets for a particular geographic territory. Primary duties will include (1) ongoing development of a customer base in a given geographic territory, (2) meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales quotas by working with Cisco Systems’ field operation managers, channel partners, sales managers, channel and account managers and service personnel to provide financial solutions aimed at the Enterprise, Telco, Service Provider and Commercial Markets, (3) provide regional training of Cisco’s field sales force and channel partner sales forces as required and (4) meeting with customers to negotiate pricing and structuring discussions.

    Additional Requirements:

    This position requires up to 50% travel, customer interface at VP levels and above, sales force support and active collaboration, excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

    Job Description:

    Requires a BS/BA/MBA and 10+years experience in medium to large ticket Equipment Leasing, managing long-term relationships with customers. Must have experience in sales to Enterprise and Middle Market customers. Must have extensive experience in structuring complex leasing transactions. Commercial finance and high tech industry experience is preferred.

    Senior Credit Analyst - Amsterdam


    Our client a global vendor leasing company requires an additional Senior Credit Analyst to be part of its Amsterdam based team with responsibilities across the whole of the Benelux area where a total of c20 staff are based at this site , sites in Belgium and at vendor partners offices. You will be part of a wider pan European credit team and will report locally to the Credit Manager of Benelux .

    Our client has a number of large scale long established global vendor programmes and you role will be to support these but also to engage with introducers ( brokers ) and syndications ( the selling down of debt to third parties )

    Your position is to work closely with the Benelux sales force to drive finance volumes and penetration level with our clients partners, it is anticipated that, depending upon experience, you will have a personal lending authority of USD$500,000

    Candidate Profile

    You will be an experienced credit professional who has extensive experience in the sector in a credit capacity, you should be reliable, be able to work in a tight team and able to deputise for the Credit Manager where appropriate.

    You will have experience of establishing and managing large scale credit lines for national and international covenants and will have strong credit analysis skills , and , ideally experience of different routes to market ( vendor & broker ) and of syndications ( ideally selling and potentially also the buying of paper )

    Salary range is flexible to secure the right person ideally to €60,000 but, potentially to €70,000 to secure the strongest candidate , a car allowance of up to €900 a month will be provided * dependent on grade of hire and a performance bonus of up to c10% of salary is also provided together with all usual large company benefits , life insurance , health insurance , pension etc.

    Finally , whilst our clients offices are Amsterdam based , they are not unreceptive to part home working for this role , full remote access to systems is available to accommodate this.

  • The main responsibilities of this role will be to support our leasing sales team with pricing and structuring of leases and loans, working with our Cisco counterparts in the Finance/Controller and Deal Management organization, aiding in the negotiation of business terms and conditions affecting Cisco’s risk and reward position and monitoring and reporting on the portfolio. In addition, the Deal Manager will be asked to work on special projects that involve productivity enhancements, process, systems tools, reporting and cross functional initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is likely to be working in a Finance Services Organisation in the function Business Development, Program Manager, Pricing Manager, Origination, Deal Structurer, etc. There are natural career paths into Structuring, Treasury and Business Development.

    Relationships:
  • Reports to the Deal Management Theatre Manager
  • High levels of interaction with LAMs throughout the European and Emerging Markets
  • Interaction with Finance Control for each theatre
  • Work with Deal Management to help them build a full understanding of the transaction elements (i.e. finance, product, service etc)
  • Interact and negotiate with Cisco’s external finance partners
  • Interact closely with Deal Structuring for the largest and most complex deals

    Deliverables:
  • Accuracy in pricing on deal values €500k to several million.
  • Solid business decision making, specifically regards supporting, declining and or restructuring deals in Cisco’s best interest.
  • Combine being a deal champion with being a fiduciary economic responsibility of Cisco.
